Front desk agent were very nice and helpful and friendly- everythis was amazing except that some food outlets are far ( if you dont drive ) - uber eats or doordash cost you more. other than that , amazing stay
I had 2 queen beds, room 227 and room was very nice (seemed new), very comfortable beds and nice beddings and of course clean. Also lots of parking and very well lite in parking lot. I stayed 2 nights and had everything I needed. I ate in the restaurant late Wed night 10pm so food was little slow but my cobb salad was amazing and staff at hotel very friendly. Would stay here again! 5 stars
Really nice rooms and a friendly staff. They check in on you right away to make sure all is good with the room after check in. Check in was fast and flawless. As a diamond member and frequent traveler, I can say that hotels like this are the reason I am loyal to the franchise. Nice job staff, you are appreciated
Staff was phenomenal, but the location is horrible. The highway is right next to it making it very loud at night. Also, at night, there are football field style lights that shine right into the room. Breakfast was top notch especially with Slim making sure our coffee was topped off.
i absolutely love staying here. i’m a commuting flight attendant and DESIREE always takes the best care of me. she seriously goes above and beyond every single time i’m here. she treats me like royalty and makes me feel so welcome after long trips. the rooms are always super clean and comfortable too. i can’t say enough good things about her and the whole team, specifically PERRY and CHRIS. easily my favorite place to stay in dallas thank you for your continued kindness!!!!
Great experience it was an easy check in and very professional. Rooms were clean, nice, and spacious. Breakfast was also great the two ladies doing service were attentive and friendly! Will be booking again if I come to this area again! Pool and fitness area was also nice and well taken care of.
This hotel has been totally overhauled and rebranded. Anyone who saw it before knows what it was. What it is now is a profound improvement. The rooms are excellent, staff is courteous. The location is close to love field and there's a shuttle. The neighborhood still has its drawbacks and the building while thoroughly renovated still shows it's age in subtle ways.
Wonderful! We loved the convenience of being near the highway. The upscale dining style breakfast and bar was perfect. The rooms were very modern and the AC worked great. Enjoy the few pictures I took of their 1 bedroom king. I do have 1 con! The windows do not have your typical black out shades and the light shined in our room all night. I’m super sensitive to lights so it made it hard to sleep.
